Sample Mission Team Itinerary
Our first priority is to bring together the needs and desires you (as a team leader/pastor/youth pastor) have for your team and the needs represented in the ministries and communities where you will serve.
The following is just a sample seven-day itinerary for a mission trip to NYC. This itinerary can be elongated or shortened, and altered to better fit the interests and talents of the team. Time is allotted each morning for prayer, worship, group Bible Study/exhortation, and equipping the team for that day's ministry.
Sunday
- 10:00 am Prayer & Worship Service @ The Harvest Center in the South Bronx
- 1:00 pm Lunch
- 2:00 pm Orientation

Monday
- 9:30 am Breakfast
- 10:00 am Morning Session
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 1:30 pm Prayerwalking, Prayer Stations, Prayer Evangelism
- 3:30 pm Break
- 4:30 pm Outreach (Park & Playground Ministry, Conducting Community Surveys, Special Ministry, Prayerwalking & Prayer Evangelism)
Tuesday
- 9:00 am Breakfast
- 10:00 - 5:00 Soup Kitchens and Benevolent Outreach
- 5:00 pm Dinner
- 6:30 pm Evening park ministry
Wednesday
- 9:30 am Breakfast
- 10:00 am Morning Session
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 1:00 pm Outreach, Prayerwalking, Prayer Stations
- 4:00 - 7:00 pm Kidz Explosion (outdoor children's outreach at The Harvest Center in the South Bronx)
